Greetings Exercise family,

    This is Erick M. Smith, Richmond's Most Intense Trainer, here for an exercise update and informational video. Today was a good work out and as usual, all of my team members came out to burn those calories and work those muscles. Now I know that at times we feel as if certain exercises are hard but you know what, that's what you said before and now look at you! Ready for the next obstacle to cross for that ultimate body that you seek. Today our 'Triceptional' work-out was Exceptional and everyone performed. Greetings Everyone,

   This is Erick M. Smith, One of Richmond's Most Intense Trainer, your Trainer, giving you some feed back on the new Trainers Corner section. This week in training, we are going to talk about technique and form. As we all know, form is a huge issue when dealing with injuries. It's usually when we compromise our form is when the injuries occur so let's practice on our form. Every week, I will be posting new exercises and the proper way to do them along with what muscle group they hit the most. as you all know, cardio exercise is one of the healthiest and safest exercise routines to do but when anything is done wrong, it can cause injury. Remember, I am the muscle and joint protector and our main goal is ultimate protection. This is your body and I am here to help you get it in the shape that you want it to be in. Along with dedication and determination, together, we will make this happen. At anytime, you can comment on this blog and remember, no question is a stupid question, so make sure you ask whatever questions that you have and we will give you the best answer that we can give you with knowledge and research...
